NAPLES, 1946. Abandoned his studies of Medicine, he studied as a painter with the master Lucio Del Pezzo, in Paris. Solo exhibitions in many galleries in Italy and abroad. In Rome, he is the graphic designer of Teatro Argentina directed by Luigi Squarzina. With LA JOCONDE by Nazim Hikmet, he makes his debut as a director at the Belli Theatre in Rome. Go back to Naples. In RAI he is the author and re-creator of many radio originals. Together with Peppe Barra and his mother, Concetta, he founded a theatre company in 1982, which travels for twelve years in Italy and around the world, with creations written and directed by him. Concetta dies on stage, the Company is dissolved. He’s dedicated to cinema. After twenty-five years he returns to the theatre together with Peppe Barra.
